Lambretta scootopia flywheel fan

3d printed Lambretta flywheel fan to fit scootopia variotronic GP/DL model flywheel to hide the big nut and suck more air into the cowling to increase cooling capacity.

You DO NOT need to remove the whole flywheel to attached this kit, just the fan cover and two opposing bolts which currently hold the flywheel fan to the flywheel. Now comes with bolts to fit perfectly.

This is printed in PETG which is a strong plastic.

Using an air flow meter. Measuring the air flow being sucked innit he mag housing. I got.

Standard scootopia fan;

Idle 7-10mph

Abit of a rev (sorry it’s not rpm accurate) ~20mph

With the 3d printed fan.

Idle 12.5-13.5mph (much more stable flow)

My farther gp125 had noticeably cooler panels after a good 50mile ride. In a warm/hot day.
